Nutrition Coaching

Denise came to see me three months ago for hip pain that migrated down to her right foot. She reported she felt twisted a lot of the time. An administrator at an Ivy League school, she was operating under much duress and was taking anti-anxiety medication.

We started to work together utilizing non-force Chiropractic, Craniosacral Therapy and Feldenkrais lessons to integrate her legs, pelvis, hips and low back into her movements. She started to see results.

I kept hearing how much Stress she was under at work, so I suggested we explore Nutritional Response Testing – an individualized response testing protocol that told her what nutrients she was missing to improve her health.

I later suggested we incorporate Nutritional Coaching as well to reinforce the work we were doing with her diet and supplements.

“Finally  a structured approach to help me understand good nutrition and incorporate it into my daily life,” she said.

A series of 12 lessons gave her information on a variety of topics, including how to balance her Blood Sugar, understand the difference between good and bad Fats, eating Gluten Free, Meal Planning and Cooking, as well as a variety of other topics.

Each modality reinforced the other. So that after three and a half months of care, she was out of pain, losing weight and handling the Stress in her life with much greater ease.
